In-house Facilities
We have a wet paint system that is integrated with an automated paint spray system enabling us to offer manual spray and robotic spray. Our in-house capabilities also include screen printing, polishing, deburring and degreasing ensuring high quality surface finishing and consistent process efficiency.
Using robotic spray-painting systems and other advanced surface finishing, we aim to consistently achieve Grade A cosmetic standards by customers. These systems are engineered to meet industry-specific requirements for appearance uniformity.
JoonHee wet painting line combines robotic spray-painting systems with ergonomic design and cleanroom standards (10K and 100K) that is equipped with HEPA filtration to ensure high-quality environment and low-rejection finishing with minimal handling errors. Featuring a turntable system for robot spray and manual spray by skilled operator for flexibility and easy maintenance. It is ideal for high mix low volume production (Monthly: 20 pieces per lot) in industries like automotive, electronics, musical instrument and home appliances.
1K (single-component) paint requires no hardener and is air-dried, ideal for basic coatings and touch-ups. 2K (two-component) paint includes a hardener for stronger chemical bonding, offering superior durability and resistance making it more suitable for industrial and automotive applications where surface protection and longevity are critical.
Yes. Our automated paint spray systems are configured for low volume high mix production making them ideal for custom finishing small batches. We accept a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of approximately 20 pieces per lot.
Yes, we tailor our wet paint surface finishing services to meet specific client needs with maximum part dimension below 1300mm for length and 650mm for width.
Our wet-paint inspection process has standardized quality control protocols which is random lot sampling for cross-cut adhesion testing with 1 mm spacing, solvent resistance evaluation using 30-cycle isopropyl alcohol wipe tests and pencil hardness testing to assess coating durability. Surface finish quality is further verified against an appearance standard gauge to detect particulate contamination such as dust, ensuring compliance with customer cosmetic specifications.
