Established to manufacture precision tools and dies for semiconductor industry.
2001
Set up stamping press lines to produce home appliances parts.
2005
Set-up robotic stamping press line for to accommodate increased capacity of projects.
2007
Commenced operations in 100,000 sq. ft. Factory 1 and commissioned CNC machining lines.
2008
Began export of valve parts to the USA and Mexico.
2010
Set-up welding lines that consists of spot welding and projection welding.
2016
Commenced operations in adjoining 80,000 sq. ft. Factory 2.
2017
Commenced design and fabrication of progressive and manual press tools in-house.
2019
Passed CSR audit by third party auditor.
2020
Started assembly lines for safety product with precision sealant dispensing. Commenced the set up of induction brazing lines and began stamping copper materials for busbar components.
2021
Commenced operations in
50,000 sq. ft. Factory 3.
Set up surface finishing lines for screen printing and a wet paint line.
2022
Set up an automation line to improve our efficiency and versatility in 200-300 ton stamping operations.
