We perform metal stamping, CNC machining, welding, assembly component, wet paint and silk screening services to support industries such as automotive, electronics, industrial equipment, consumer products and busbar.
We commonly work with a range of materials including mild steel (CR, GI, EG), stainless steel (SUS304, SUS303), Aluminum (Al6061, Al6063), brass (C2600, C3600) and copper (C1100, C5210) depending on the application and industry requirements. As a steel fabricator in Malaysia, we are also willing to source and work with other materials upon request as we have the flexibility to adapt and update our supply chain based on specific customer needs and MOQ.
Yes, we do offer prototyping services. To support short lead times to evaluate the design before moving into mass production, we will utilize the concept of soft tooling, outsourced laser cutting, and custom bending jigs for prototype fabrication.
