Stamping Machines We have in-house capacity of over 60 stamping machines that is within the range of 45 – 400 tonnes with several units equipped with the coil feeder and robotic arm for raw materials handling.
Stamping Types Able to offer the manual process, progressive process, fine blanking process by using servo machines and robotic process. This method is depending on the machine capacity, part design and demands quantity of parts.

Design Capabilities
The tooling department utilised software AutoCAD and Solidworks for die design and detailed review of part modification for the dimension and layout for CNC machining and wirecut.

Precision Metal Stamping Process

  1. Design For Manufacturing (DFM): Our engineering team ensures that both the part and tooling designs are optimized for manufacturability and meet the required specifications. All design proposals are submitted for customer approval prior to fabrication
  2. Material Selection and Preparation: Tool steel and related die materials are selected based on the mechanical properties of the part’s raw material, particularly tensile strength, wear resistance, and forming characteristics
  3. Die Fabrication: The die-making process includes CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting, surface grinding and heat treatment, followed by die set assembly to ensure dimensional accuracy and durability.
  4. Process execution: Using machine stamping with correct tonnage, die height, slide and bolster dimensions ensuring compatibility with the tooling conditions.
  5. IPQC: Parts are inspected using calibrated instruments such as CMM, callipers and height gauges. Process capability is monitored and reported using statistical indicator such as Cpk to ensure product consistency.
  6. Maintenance and Tool Life Maintenance: Preventive maintenance schedules for dies are managed using software Tooling Management System (TMS) that ensures consistent tool performance, reduced downtime, and extended tool life.
